Personally I live in Colorado and most people who drive trucks that size here use them for offroading. Given the gas mileage they're very impractical for day to day.

I think it's more likely that, because the public perceives Google as being a bit behind Microsoft on AI, it's to their advantage to push a "AI is not ready yet" narrative.

It's not for no reason, it's to lower bandwidth costs. It may not be a reason that benefits you but there is definitely a reason.

How come liberals dont hate conservatives the way conservatives hate liberals

I constantly see angry mobs of people decrying "woke", "critical race theory", ""grooming"", and whatever other nonsense they made up this week. They march around with guns, constantly appending lib as a prefix to any word they can use to denigrate. They actively plot violence and spew hatred in the open....
