Does it make sense to have separate emails for each individual financial account (banking, credit cards) or is that overkill? I'm just thinking that if a hacker got access to one email they'd have all account information?
I use Proton. But I continue to run into more and more websites and services that detect my VPN and refuse my connection, or just run literally 40 captchas in a row until I just give up....
The fact that this even exists is hilarious. Not to mention that it's actually a "featured" extension in the Chrome Web Store. Google is actively promoting a product that defeats their own product.
I try not to but those websites comprise most of the internet at this point. Unfortunately people also use VPNs to do nefarious shit, so it's not always malicious (though it obviously mostly is).
Yeah I used to do that before they broke all of them. Used the Stealth app every day but it stopped working a few months ago. Possibly due to VPN, don't really know exactly how that service works.

It is logging the traffic. It just prevents it from collecting my personal information in that log and sharing it with all of their data mining buddies.
The only thing they don’t see is your home IP address. That’s not even a useful piece of information for tracking someone.

Websites track you through cookies and etags, and VPNs do not block those.

rabbit r1 is not an Android app. We are aware there are some unofficial rabbit OS app/website emulators out there...to clear any misunderstanding and set the record straight, rabbit OS and LAM run on the cloud with very bespoke AOSP and lower level firmware modifications, therefore a local bootleg APK without the proper OS and Cloud endpoints won’t be able to access our service.
I dunno what a "bespoke firmware modification" is but 99+% of apps run "in the cloud" (dependent on remote servers)

Google has zero shame. They made that abundantly clear when they moved the gallery button to the opposite side in the camera to match Apple (a distinct feature in an otherwise identical and shitty camera app).
