How can we push for more relevant diagnostic criteria?

I don't have the spoons to explain why I feel my neurodivergence is making this worse, but I need feedback or insight from other ND people on a unique experience. Anybody know of a cheap reliable USB wifi dongle that doesn't drop every five minutes? The one my partner has apparently isn't strong enough, keeps dropping and I'm sick of dealing with meltdowns every time it drops because the part of my brain that can do technical troubleshooting doesn't work when i have to witness somebody having a meltdown.

@spika @actuallyautistic Are you certain you can attribute the problems to the dongle? And not for instance to a flaky USB port, or the driver, or the OS? I'd be surprised.
