Options for equalizing temperature between the basement and the rest of the house in summer?

I live in a pretty old house in the midwest, built 1929, bought in '21, single-story, ~1300ish sqft, and with a large, spacious basement. Every time summer comes around I've had issues with the basement getting MUCH colder than the rest of the house (like >10 degrees F difference), presumably due to poorly-insulated floors and...

If you pull air from the basement, it's going to get replaced with warmer, wetter air from upstairs. As it cools the air is going to deposit that water on the coolest surfaces. You might be trading this problem for another, more damaging one.

I generally upvote everything in my feed, and I default to "everything". It's not you, it's me.

We already have "biodegradable" plastic made from corn starch. It's not truly biodegradable, I reserve the right to wait for more information about whether barley starch is any better.

You're already familiar with Kodi, so install that on your Android TV. I have an Nvidia Shield with Kodi, and it just plays movies straight from my server. You should be able to use the TV's remote to control Kodi without worrying about the VPN.

I can't wait until holographic storage comes in spheres, and you have to bring it to an old Gypsy woman if you forget the encryption key.

Did you turn on Automatic Rotations in Prusaslicer? By default it's left off and just tiles your part when you duplicate it.

Right click on the auto- arrange icon. I think the checkbox is in there.

Yeah, it's still not great.

In March a farm worker who reported no contact with sick or dead birds, but who was in contact with dairy cattle, began showing symptoms in the eye and samples were collected by the regional health department to test for potential influenza A. Experts have now confirmed the first case of highly pathogenic avian influenza...

NHTSA references several SAE standards in their regulations, but they don't update the references very often, if ever. Many of the referenced standards date back to versions from the '70s and '80s. Back around 2012 I contacted SAE to find out if they provided a package of standards incorporated by reference in NHTSA regulations. I was told they don't provide such a package, and they couldn't even sell me the individual standards I needed because they were "out of date". My only option through SAE was to buy the latest version.

Shortly afterwards Public.Resource.Org posted the standards, and I copied them. But I thought they had lost their court case.

Nice to find out I was wrong.
