hey everyone! i need urgent help! i live in a neglectful and transphobic household, my mom doesnt take good care of me at all and basically neglects me, she has always been neglectful my whole life, she is also very transphobic and doesnt support my identity.     WFPB carrot paratha!

    Pretty easy:

    • 1 lb (16 oz) whole wheat flour (I used mostly black emmer with some Turkey red, I think)
    • 2 oz tahini
    • 1 1/8 tsp salt
    • 1.5 lb carrots grated
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    1. Mix all dough ingredients up to carrots in one bowl
    2. Mix grated carrots with 1/2 tsp salt in a separate bowl
    3. Slowly add salted grated carrots to other dough ingredients and keep mixing (easiest to do by hand).
