Pretty easy: 1 lb (16 oz) whole wheat flour (I used mostly black emmer with some Turkey red, I think) 2 oz tahini 1 1/8 tsp salt 1.5 lb carrots grated 1/2 tsp salt Mix all dough ingredients up to carrots in one bowl Mix grated carrots with 1/2 tsp salt in a separate bowl Slowly add salted grated carrots to other dough ingredients and keep mixing (easiest to do by hand).
