A cutting board on which can be seen a bunch of kale, a head of red garlic, a red onion cut i half, a San Marzano tomato, a jar of dried marjoram, a jar of turmeric paste, a big bowl of shiitake mushrooms, a small bowl of pecan halves, a lemon, a section of thick ginger root, a banana pepper, 2 long pointed red peppers, a yellow crookneck squash, a block of tempeh, 2 Cambray onions, 1 bunch of Italian parsley, two Italian eggplants, and a container holding half a block of tofu.

    Oh, my! Excellent chili. It's the best so far. Tempeh-based, it's a whole-food non-animal chili. Also fits a vegan diet. Tempeh is homemade. Zero added salt. Substantially more than a single serving.
