I'd tap that!

It's interesting that the solstice is considered mid summer in Sweden. In the US I've usually heard that the solstice is the start of summer

GissaMittJobb ,

I'd say that the summer months in Sweden are considered to be June, July and August, making Midsummer fall slightly earlier than in the middle of summer. Summer weather lasts for more than that nowadays though, with the weather getting nice in May and lasting a bit into september.

Do I see a bare foot on the table?

I was wondering why there was a can of Milkis in between all these extremely Nordic-like dishes LOL

Korea and Sweden aren't really that different are they? Both are on a peninsula bordered by Russia. They're practically right next to each other!

RedIce25 ,

It's just one country between North Korea and Norway, both have North associated with their name and lie on each end of Russias border

Where is the fat and the protein?

cloudless OP ,

This is easily the best tacos I've ever made. I serve them with a minced garlic and cilantro compound butter in addition to the consomme. Usually I can happily eat a dozen tacos, but with this you only need two.

Is that also what's on the corn?

What's up with all of the down votes? Vegans?

HonkTonkWoman OP ,

I don’t get it either. I tried to explain the searing situation with my dad’s cooking concerns…

Guess some people just want to downvote rather than offer insight or build this community.
