I have set up a refurbished PC as a media PC with storage. The OS, Debian, is on an m.2 nvme disk of 256 GB. I have connected 2x4TB risks in zfs mirror mode to store my media....
don't mess around with imaging to a file on the zfs, then restoring it. simply clone nvme -> nvme using a usb nvme adapter then replace the internal with the clone.
usb nvme adapters are not expensive and it likely won't be the only time you need it. they are a handy accessory to have on hand if you have nvme storage.

my old phones (going back all the way to the 'real' nokias) went a full month between charges. the last two with 4g volte suck so much power, it is every 2-3 days now, including my current hmd-made nokia (only a couple weeks old) with same capacity battery as what's stated in the article for the 'new' one.
I just met my new neighbor for the first time, and when we exchanged numbers (by me texting her number) my phone (Pixel 8) showed her full name with a tilde in front of it below the phone number. She's not in my contacts. Where did it get that name from?
i had just looked that up on verizon here. you can configure it to be whatever you want (with some limits), and it's what gets sent with your phone number for caller id to compatible mobile devices/plans and to landlines with name & number caller id capability.
none like that around here. they're all blindingly bright af along the main streets and downtown--probably 4-5x as many lamps in each fixture as actually needed, and going up and down hills they shine right in your eyes because they don't have adequate shades keeping the light 'down'.
residential areas still have the much easier-on-the-eyes sodium vapor lights, though--for now.
