Check Out QuickStar in Samsung GoodLock, maybe you can customize the clock in the way you want. I can't say sure, but it gave me some options (for AM/PM at least) I can use that is not neccessairly match my regional settings.

Maybe it has more options for more special regions in this case.

Download the image again and/or try a different pendrive, different hole on computer.

Check MD5 sums of downloaded ISO if they provide you a sum on the webpage

I don't know if this memory of mine is real, or just a (day)dreaming or my brain just fucks with me, or just too much acid, but I clearly remember lots of years ago I opened GIMP and the splash screen had this fox IN A FUCKING GIMP SUIT!

it seems the internet has been geared towards people that think you have to ask the computer a question instead of searching for key words like how it used to work.

I mean, this is what we see/read in sci-fi series and movies at least since the 60's.

Make her life a living hell. Make the company also notice, that there's something isn't just right, but it won't work if you won't make a scene. But only if they are satisfied with your work.
