The SJWs that refuse to vote every election year because of single issue nonsense are already counted out with regards to polling and forecasts as I understand.
This is why their votes actually can count. Because any vote from them will help tip the balance in favor of democracy over dictatorship-
but should they all make good on their threats to pout and stay home-
Mods can and do ban for whatever they don’t like. The “rules” are there as a vague list of nonsense to appear as if there’s a general desire to have order, but at the end of the day- they’ll ban you for saying anything they disagree with.
It’s their community. And it’s there for them. Not you.
Wait, you mean to tell me that a bunch of twenty-somethings have figured it all out and everyone else is entirely wrong about everything? Where have this happening before????
Oh yeah… that’s right. Every election cycle.
Nuance is for people who don’t want to be constantly outraged by everything that ever happens.
I’ve done that before and had mods threaten to ban me if I reported anyone again. Ironically, it was someone that was harassing and being uncivil that I was reporting. Like WAY worse than most comments I’ve seen removed. And this was on a fairly popular community here that is still around.
It’s not always so easy to assume that mods are going to be fair. Reporting people comes with a risk.
Same shit happens here if you defend yourself from false accusations from the socialists. You’ll get called every name in the book and accused of shit that’s blatantly untrue- but if you so much as call someone a liar, some communities will ban you.
