@EllieK @wfpb @vegan A study with fifty people is just an indication that more research should be done.

There's also stuff like: "if your plant-based diet is strictly vegan or strict vegetarian you may be missing out on this essential dementia-fighting nutrient: Choline."

@Fripi @EllieK @werawelt @wfpb @vegan With regards to diets associated with longer, healthier life, the Mediterranean Diet seems to be consistently leading the way, with lots of science backing up the claim. This does emphasize healthy fats, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts and seeds. And, no, unless you have a diet deficient in something, you don't need vitamins, B12 or otherwise.

@TheConversationUS @philosophy While the whole thing is creepy, no religion has a right to expect others to believe in their religion. Freedom of religion is the right to practice your religion, that's it.
