wonderful!! - captures my usual experience of spotting a kingfisher perfectly - it's such a sudden & exotic flash - you briefly think it's something supernatural - but maybe you see it more plainly glid down the river a moment later - or maybe you your mind kicks in & says 'ah... a kingfisher' - but that moment of ignorant wonder is pure magic 🎩✨️
