I'm not sure what to make of this... On the one hand I'm not a fan of landlords. On the other hand I love the idea of making all my weird ideas pay rent! 🤔 😂

I had a similar thought recently. I have adhd and I thought recently. I can make this life a wee bit easier for myself if I can cut down on thought distractions. it worked. I converted to minimalism. Less distractions, less things to keep track of or move less to think about for practicality.
awareness in moments :)

@NickEast @writers @writingcommunity @writing @humour I mean, it's the best possible kind of landlord: when you are your own landlord. By which comes the implication you also own the land - that is, the "mental land".

That's okay. You just left me scratching my head quite hard-- and I don't have a lot of hair left to keep it from being injured in the process. LOL

In "Sugar in My Bowl: Real Women Write About Sex", Erica Jong compiles an anthology of essays by marquee writers including Gail Collins, Eve Ensler, Daphne Merken, Anne Roiphe, Liz Smith, and Jennifer Weiner, who join together to speak openly about female desire—what provokes it and what satisfies it.

A great research book for writing erotica. 💋

Book cover for Sugar in My Bowl: Real Women Write About Real Sex, edited by Erica Jong. The cover zooms into view, with white text over a dark blue background. In the top half, a vertical oval bowl holds multi-colored balls of sugar. A blues loop with a lot of harmonica plays in the background.
