Oh don't worry, Israel will be getting more bombs from the US so they can continue with their regularly scheduled, more efficient genocide campaign carried out by bombing. They won't have to resort to these inconvenient methods of genocide.

Doesn't matter, the IDF is responsible for securing the convoys, and they're obviously not stopping civilians from doing this. Same as how the IDF won't stop settlers from burning down Palestinian homes, but will step in if anyone fights back.
