Going on holiday in 2 weeks and my brain won't relax until I pack but if I pack I will run out of summer clothes for the next 2 weeks so I am now stumped about how to proceed.

@MaJ1 @actuallyautistic @actuallyadhd I over heat even when it is 18degrees celcius... Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos means my body reacts weird to heat and is over sensitive to warmer temps and humidity.

@punishmenthurts @MaJ1 @actuallyautistic @actuallyadhd mine presents mostly as double jointedness, sore joints, gut issues, skin sensitivity, scars last a loooooong time, unstable joints, reacting to heat/cold, headaches, jaw pain, plantar fasciatis, stretchy skin and more.....

In that case, short of applying a touch of ‘soft soaping’ to your hubby & persuading him that a quick trip to the outfitters of your choice for a new summer collection is in order , I’m stumped !
