In case I am at home I just override the cleaning run and command it to return to the base. In my case it's rare. Maybe you can set it at the time you typically go to the supermarket?

I am using the steam deck defaults and it is limited to 30 FPS. But it's stable it didn't bother me so far. If I were to unlimit the FPS it stays in the 30-40 fps based on a small run I did now in Dogtown.
