Sure those exist, but is there anything like a mod manager that works for those sites? Imagine having to manually manage your mods/addons for a game like Cities Skylines. When I played, I had well over 1000 assets installed. There's simply no way that would work.
No, they simply do not. Microsoft branded hardware, sure. But I've never seen a Dell or an HP with Bitlocker enabled from the factory, and at this point I've put my hands on thousands of them.
