Hm, his statement in response to the Guardian is very unusual for someone accused of sexual misconduct. Either he feels very safe that he can hide this, or he really didnt do it and somehow is the target of a campaign.
Edit:
The Guardian article literally has names and photos of the women who accuse him. That's enough to convince me that they indeed were violated by him.
I'm talking about the grooming thing, there is literally no proof of that (Millie saying they were talking "about boys" does not mean they were talking about sex lol)
And I might misremember that video because I thought he only talked after finding out her age and didnt kiss her again. Which is definitely weird enough on it's own. Hell, taking fans on stage and caressing and kissing them is weird enough on it's own - no matter how old they are. Drake being a sleazy slimey guy with a problematic attitude about sex and women is well established. Thing is that most guys out there dont care about that as soon as the girl is 18, so Kendrick did criticize that but then emphasized the 17 year old.
Yeah there are a lot of ethnocracies. Turkey being one of the most obvious examples. Even within the EU you have countries like Latvia or Estonia who have been labelled that in the past.
Macklemore has these conscious rap lyrics regularly on his albums somewhere between the more radio friendly songs. I mean they had "same love" back on The Heist album, "White Privilege II" on This Unruly Mess I’ve Made album and there probably are more than I can think of.
I have not followed him closely in recent years but I guess most of his music is still stylistically poppy which I personally am not a fan of.
Drake's main new allegation is that Kendrick allegedly committed domestic violence against his wife, and that one of his friends could be the real father of their kid. Which Kendrick chose not to respond too.
I'm sure no one who is actually involved will resort to violence, only dumb fans would do that.
