That’s why I pointed out that gas engines do as well and don’t even start in the cold even if they have a dedicated heat pump, as heat pumps also lose efficiency below -20°C or so. -35 but it’s irrelevant to the conversation

Then use your stockpile and go when the weather clears like everyone else
