missing APK

so I've been using this app forever, Everyday Wallpaper Pro. I paid for the pro version like 4 years ago, but when I upgraded my phone recently, all existence of it has been scrubbed from the Play Store.

the most recent version I have on my other phone is 2.9.5, and APKpure claims to have it but I have to go through some telegram channel that doesn't work for me. it's definitely not on APKmirror, or Aptoide, which is weird. anybody know where I can find it?

But the fact that so many stores have dropped it recently, though it's clear they once had it, may mean something, idk.

that link doesn't actually have the APK as far as I can figure out. when I hit the download button, it just opens a search page for the rest of their apks

Oh. I don't know anything about this. Is it weird for an app to be pulled from all of these sites? Do they have a way for the original developer to take it down if they want or some kind of flagging? Does your new phone have a higher Android build, maybe the site checks somehow to match with the right version and then fails? Wild guesses

When you say upgraded do you mean changed to a new device or just updated the OS?

If it's the former you might be able to extract the app and transfer it and crack it yourself.

new phone. the app is still installed on my old phone, I tried using Smart Switch to transfer it. is there an easy way to get the APK off my old phone without root?

It's possible that the app has been disabled on the Play store if the developer has failed to raise the SDK level. A bunch of apps have been delisted for that reason.

If you still have the purchase email you may be able to contact the developer about it.

I'm just trying to find a third party website that would carry the apk, since the usual suspects don't have it
