Yes but I think I have an idea as to why. I'm a mechanic by trade so my day is making sure everything is within spec or functioning properly. In the woods everything is chaos but it's supposed to be; it's novel. The solitude is a bonus.

The forest is absolutely beautiful and spiritually healing.
Humans can't even make anything as beautiful as a tree. We just make square things and blocks. We like when things are in a straight line with equal height and width. We like symmetry in everything.
When you spend your formative years trying to 'fit in' (like most autistic people) you quickly learn that standing up for yourself is a failure in your attempts to not stand out. Those chidhood habits are incredibly hard to unlearn.
This meme isn't an exclusive trait for autistic people, just one that many autistic people struggle with.
