@ashleyspencer@actuallyautistic I recently got my assessment & diagnosis for being autistic. The consultant wrote that he recommended an ADHD assessment too!
While I have wondered if I was autistic for a while , I’ve never really felt any strong link to being AuDHD.
Until I read this!

I’d put the ADHD assessment on a back burner because the GP was - unhelpful when I went to see him about it. But if there is treatment then I need it !
