Well I’m just writing from perspective. I think I already said I did meditation sessions to where I went into memories and comforted and thanked myself through the traumatic times for doing the best I could with what I knew and basically hugged the smaller me. I did that over a period of months. Each time I honestly feel a little better.
It feels like those aren’t wounds anymore. I’m grateful for all of it. It’s a work in progress in experience
