I get it... Low spoons make it hard to even do something like social media. I also feel I should reply as soon as I can... Thats why I always feel sorry when I have notifications left when I need to go to bed... It feels like I failed my friends to chat with them... So when I'm up again, I always wanna reply ASAP then.
