I'm sorry you're getting so much grief for this. One of my cats has short little whiskers by her mouth and big long whisker eyebrows. Cats are weirdos by default and that's why we love them.
I'm not sure if you're able to pursue citizenship, if it's something you're after, but in terms of the "unique" accent- you don't owe anybody an answer if they ask "where are you from?"
You can tell them you're English. You can tell them you grew up in England, truthfully. You can tell them English is the only language you speak. You don't owe anyone your backstory. If you're feeling petty or vindictive you can lie and say you have a speech impediment. I know their intentions are likely good but by inquiring about your accent, they are othering you. It's up to you how you'd like to respond.
Ok I agree that the title falls flat but I appreciate that the red circle draws the eye away from the first text from him, so that it's funnier when it's read. A rare example of red circle as comedy, if you will.
I would encourage anyone who is interested in this concept to do a little more reading on the concept. Ikigai is a lot more than just fulfillment with employment- which is closer to the concept known as hatarakigai. I appreciate you sharing this meme though- it was how I was first introduced to the concept.
