The death of Hind Rajab [Panel 1] Hind was fleeing Gaza City with her family when their car appeared to come under fire from an Israeli tank. There is a recording of Hind's 15 year old cousin Lalan speaking on the phone to a dispatcher at the Palestinian Red Crescent They are shooting at us. The tank is next to us [Drawing of a Merkava tank] Then there is gunfire and screams and the line cuts out [Panel 2] Hind was now trapped in the car with the dead bodies of her family. She was 6 years old. Hind stayed on the line with the ambulance service for three hours. I'm so scared, please come, Come take me. You will come and take me? For three hours [Drawing of a Tar 21 Tavor assault rifle] [Panel 3] The Palestinian Red Crescent negotiated with the Israel army for safe passage so an ambulance crew could go an save Hind. Agreement was reached and an ambulance crew was dispatched They were never heard from again. Hind was never heard from again.     Joe Biden continues to fully support the Gaza genocide because he does not believe it will hurt him politically, and because he has no empathy for the Palestinians. This is the same arrogance that brought down LBJ over the Vietnam war.

    I wish they wouldn’t hunger strike— a country willing to starve 2 million people will starve college students. Their efforts are best energized by protesting and taking care of themselves.

    Israel began its invasion of Rafah, ordering the evacuation of hundreds of thousands of people. "I do not feel safe in any place in Gaza," Saadi Salem tells Mondoweiss as he attempts to flee Rafah. "The killing is in every corner around the Gaza Strip."

    Antony Blinken claims that Hamas is blocking a ceasefire in Gaza, but it is Israel which has vowed to invade Rafah regardless of an agreement and is absolutely unwilling to declare an end to its genocidal operation.

    That’s a claim only American audiences are buying. I just listened to a report on the CBC in Canada who made it clear Netanyhu and America’s lack of guarantee of a permanent ceasefire is the problem, and Netanyhu’s political survival.
