@aapis If there wasn't a video, this wouldn't even be a case, but the video clearly shows how they PASSED 2 ambulances without handing over the injured.
It is just sickening to read the media cover this outrageous act like they do not have access to the video like the rest of us.
... Since the war in Gaza started, 508 Palestinians have been killed in the #WestBank, including East Jerusalem, including 124 children. More than 5,000 have been injured, including about 800 children.
WHO has documented 480 attacks on health care in the West Bank since the 7th of October last year, resulting in 16 deaths and 95 injuries.
In most areas of the West Bank, clinics are only operating two days a week, and hospitals are operating at about 70% capacity.
Illegal settlements have expanded in the occupied West Bank, impacting the population’s access to health services. ...
The Israeli far-right government has circumvented Israeli laws to facilitate the closure and ban of any journalistic institution that exposes the atrocities committed by the Israeli occupation army in Gaza. Extremist ministers are also pushing for the expansion of this law to include the occupied West Bank.
Do not expect anything other than possibly some empty words from the "world leaders" against these outrageous fascist rules in the "only democracy in the middle east".
Horrifying video shows how Israeli forces stop an ambulance carrying an injured Palestinian in the city of #Nablus and forcing them to hand over him to IDF.
Settlers mobs south of #AlKhalil in the #WestBank set fire to the aid trucks that they stopped and damaged this afternoon, which were loaded with aid and headed to the #Gaza Strip.
No sign of Israeli police of IDF to protect the convoy or stop the terrorists settlers from destroying aid packages, mostly baby formula, diapers and medical equipment.
"...S̷e̷t̷t̷l̷e̷r̷s̷ Blackshirt mobs..." Ps. Call them what they are when they aren't busy with the thugging thingie: Armed Squatters, not settlers. @faab64@palestine@israel
#Palestine / Impunity persists two years after the Israeli army’s murder of Al Jazeera journalist Shireen Abu Akleh
[...] Two years after the murder of Shireen Abu Akleh in the West Bank, and a year after Israel's official apology acknowledging its responsibility, justice has yet to be delivered for the emblematic Al Jazeera journalist. Reporters Without Borders (RSF) condemns this impunity and calls on the international community, especially the United States, to exert pressure on the Israeli army to answer for Abu Akleh’s killing.
#US / Journalists face retaliation for their Gaza war coverage, NWU reports
[...] According to data collected by the #NWU, more than a third of the targets of retaliation were Muslims or people of Middle Eastern or North African descent. As the report highlights, retaliation can come from leaders inside the workplace or from outside individuals or interest groups – A worrying pattern that not only threatens honesty in reporting but also shows problems in how the media industry supports diverse voices.
Where are the coward Western leaders when this Israeli KKK minister is mocking the world like this?
Israel's finance minister, Bezalel #Smotrich, announces that the Israeli security and political cabinet has approved the imposition of new sanctions on the Palestinian Authority, including the legalization of 5 (illegal) #settlement outposts and the convening of the Supreme Planning Council to build thousands of settlement units.
