Change in direction in my cooking after realizing that some people do not yet make tempeh.

So I'll cook beans and grain to use in my recipes — perhaps a batch of BROL (https://nutritionfacts.org/recipe/basic-brol-barley-rye-oats-and-lentils/). For that, I'll use purple barley & sprouted rye, which I have on hand.

To begin, I'll make a batch of soybeans and a batch of kamut.

I'm looking forward to the change for the new texture: tiny little chewy bits.
