Exactly, we can see it cause the image is a close up and we're looking for it (the owl). Would be neat to try and look at wider-scale pictures to play "Spot the Owl" lol!
Kind of a tangent, but I saw this, and thought, "oh I should send this to anon6789 somehow or post it on superbowl..." Then I looked at where this was and who posted it lmao! Very interesting story, I'm glad the owl was able to be rescued.

Ok, I know some country folks, and I can picture trying to deposit a chicken or maybe even a cow. But what on earth possessed this person to think an owl had financial value lol?
I was reading one story before of a person out looking for owls and there were dozens of them along the side of the road, and they weren't able to see them, but they said the hooting was just going all up and down the road. That would have been something to hear!
Since the runway Superb Owl competition, I've read everything I can on our fabulous Flammulated friendos and have even played one in an RPG since. Little bark ninjas 🤩
With a year's worth more awareness of him may be able to get him into the finals this year. He ran a good game against the famous Snowy for an owl nobody knew about beforehand.
