So I was looking into getting port forwarding set up and I realized just how closed-off the internet has gotten since the early days. It's concerning. It used to be you would buy your own router and connect it to the internet, and that router would control port-forwarding and what-have-you....
So there are multiple sites&groups that pirate video games especially on PC. I was wondering if there are places on the internet where you find source code for games especially the highly modifiable ones like Half Life 2/Portal and Skyrim. Or groups that crack into the source code of games (or even software in general), not only...
Hi guys! I'm kinda new in stremio, and don't understand quite well how do I search subtitles if they don't appear ASAP (Spanish subs). Any addon to recommend? It's better to play on external player or with native?
Most people have extremely weird ideas of what's considered piracy and what isn't. Downloading a video game rom is piracy, but if you pay money to some Chinese retailer for an SD card containing the roms, that's somehow not piracy. Exploiting the free trial on a streaming site by using prepaid visa cards is somehow not piracy...
Out of the box it can play audio in the background, and now that extensions are available you can block ads as well. You don't really need constantly updating 3rd party clients or questionable firewalls anymore if you just want usable youtube on a phone.
I'm using my mp3 player to listen to albums. I've been using this site to download my music but it has no track number data. So I have to write that myslef manually. If there's a a program that can download albums for my that'll be great. Ideally I'd want it to do mp3's at 320kbps....
The reason I gave up on MP3's and subscribed to Spotify was because Spotify was easy. I've been listening "Iron Maiden - Empire of the Clouds" song every day and like a week ago, its removed. This was the last straw for me. Right now I'm trying to find "Stremio" of the music world. Can someone assist?...
Is HEVC (8-bit)/AAC a good, modern CODEC combination for rebuilding & reducing my library size without compromising quality? Helpful feedback would be appreciated.
I purchased an ebook (two of them, actually) from some Japanese site called honto, but of course, stupid old me didn't realise that Digital Restrictions Management was going to make my life a living hell. Has anyone had any luck with cracking them, or did I just spend 730 Yen on a nothingburger?...
I've used most available services, but discontinued one after another along with promises that a better user experience will be provided with reduced content and removed functionality with the slight price hike....
Another one is close to biting the dust. Sci-Hub is out, Z-Lib got ran off like a dog and now IA is going to remove a host of books because these publishers just can't stop being money-hungry bastards....
