It's noteworthy, though unsurprising, that Ambassador Gilad Cohen assumes the recipient is unaware of the accusations of war crimes leveled against Israel's military and political leadership for their response to the #Hamas attack. Time did not stand still on October 7th for anyone, except perhaps in Israel itself.
