I've had to have several conversations with my wife about her not using a bad mental autofill.

So much of the time (especially with important conversations), she's already decided what I'm saying within the first few words (of an entire conversation) and then the conversation gets way too long because it is very clear she's not getting what I'm saying because she's locked into her autofill. She's gotten better over time, but man is it frustrating.

Tbh the anger spiral helped me cut out toxic people from my life and made me less codependent on awful social groups.

I feel genuinely much better after completely cutting off an entire community of people

A friend recently asked me for a playlist or a channel of a genre of music I shared with him, so he could listen to it while working.

He was disappointed to learn that I'm the type of person listening to songs I like on repeat. Either one song or a short playlist. So I wasn't helpful on this one.

Like, I especially love to cycle for a hundred kilometres or so, with the same selection of songs on repeat for multiple hours.

If I remember correctly, hypersexuality is often a symptom of ADHD because the sweet release of dopamine that comes with sex and sex related activities often helps ease the other symptoms of ADHD.

That makes at least a portion of my youth make more sense all of a sudden. It also doesn't help that at least stimulants-based treatment adds its own bump.
