Sorry about the mix up with the GP! That's a right bugger and I understand the anxiety involved!! So starting with the hugs!
Ow.... Mum has such a "slingshot" for her socks too. It took some getting used to, but she loves it as she's still able to do it by herself... So some practice and then you'd be able to do it better/faster, if all goes well!
One thing of ADHD/Autism (or AuDHD) can be the autopilot! I have been changing times slowly this week but my body and brain still function on the "old" internal clock, which normally can be good, but now, it's not... So yeah, seeing something and thinking you saw right because you "know" it, it happens... It's very buggery when it does though... So another hug 🤗 for ya!
Yay for Geoff keeping calm now! Let's hope the diet will help to keep him at ease...
