I do this thing that I call 'tab grazing', where I have to go through all my old tabs and either consume whatever info is in it / do what I wanted to do there (if I remember) before I close it, or close it immediately. I am forbidden to open any new tabs during a grazing session, unless absolutels necessary. I am only allowed to freely open new tabs once I've closed all the old ones.
Remembering that I'm not to open new tabs is the hardest part.
