@RoseThorndyke@autism101@actuallyautistic There have been maybe 2 or 3 times total in my life where I have had absolutely zero anxiety and they felt surreal. It felt like an out of body experience to have so much joy.
@autism101@actuallyautistic argh sorry didn't read it through. I'm not autistic. I'm just tired and not paying attention. My answer was "all the time". Sorry for skewing results. 😑
@autism101@actuallyautistic There is some tension I can never get rid off, but I don't know whether that's anxiety. Only insofar as anxiety leads to a similar tension, I guess?
Any social interactions, though... When people are about to say something I just take it for granted they'll complain, why else would they speak at all? When people ask questions they want an immediate answer, no matter how long it takes to think it through, and when I say something I know they won't like it.. so, yeah
Autistics: "What do you mean by 'affects' me? Not all anxiety affects me the same way, or at the same level, or for the same duration. Am I going to be graded on this? What happens if I give the wrong answer? Is there even a right answer? What..." (continues for another 33 seconds)
