Chronic depression sucks, chronic pain sucks too... Very true as I fall into both categories. 😔
Maybe check if you're getting enough of your vitamins and such? Maybe a supplement or two could help you to be more resistant to all the bugs? I know my supplements help me... 😊 Could be worth to check out. 😊
