Of course, but it is very promising.

In purely anecdotal evidence, it reversed my own early cognitive decline, which I absolutely was not expecting. It took 2 years, but there is no question that's what did it. I followed a strictly whole foods plant based diet. Plenty of nuts, seeds, whole grains, fruits, veggies and legumes.

As for choline, there's is no problem that I can see.
