Something I found out today:
My tempeh was just about ready late last night. I would have preferred to leave it out another few hours (though it was very hot at 38ºC) but I knew it would be getting very black by morning, so I stuck it in the fridge.
This morning I took it out to get it ready to steam and noticed that it was warming itself and continuing to develop, so I left it to carry on, now under supervision, to finish growing the mycelium. #EllieKPosts#veganFood#WFPB@vegan@wfpb
