I mean, Planet Earth have a lot of Desert zones, where military could fight against each others ( creating a fair fight ) for all, without including the civilians. But reality show us that from the begining of Time where people fight, they normaly victimize civilians. When that issue is fixed, God will be very plesant to see how humans can be fair.

That is why and how, academic and scientists do, when ignoring what can have a relation but is not included in some subject.
