They came out of the Knitting Factory in NYC, very underground, artsy scene. Three albums in the mid 90s. Then, the singer (M. Doughty) has made a bunch of solo records. Not at all what I usually go for but all of it interesting at the least.
I listened to a few tracks. I don't think I could listen to them unendingly, but three of those tracks were circles and I did catch myself dancing to one of the others.
