@actuallyautistic I've said this before, but I have many traits of both; some of those can be attributed to the brain injury, because that also causes executive function issues. But I had sensory and social issues as a child even before that! :autism: :da_fist: so complicated, right? @actuallyadhd
@jenzi specifically, my brain injury is from an intraventricular meningioma that I had at a young age (not sure exactly how old) @actuallyautistic@actuallyadhd
I fell on the escalator. Smashed my skull, almost didn't make it. My ex-wife came and woke me up. But she's my ex because of issues, she couldn't live with me any more after COVID and some of her own personal issues she couldn't overcome.
Huh, I think I've always been autistic and ADHD, but this reminds me of how I conked my head pretty good a couple of times when in middle school. I fell forward going up the steps and had to get 8 stitches to close the gash on my forehead. Another time I conked the back of my head when falling backwards off a couch.
But back then in the early 80s, none of the doctors thought I should get x-rays.
