melindrea OP , 23 days ago @sunguramy @actuallyautistic I miss chanterelles--we used to pick them when I was younger. Fried in lots of butter and served on toast. Mmm! For me I actually learned to handle the texture once I knew I liked the flavour, so nowadays I eat it decently often. I should see about finding that spread--we're going to Iceland for a week in July =)
