@EllieK@vegancooking@wfpb Kamut® is a trademarked name for organically raised Khorasan wheat - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khorasan_wheat I presume there is some licensing required to use the brand name "Kamut®" — see https://www.kamut.com. I have bought intact whole-grain wheat labeled "Organically grown Khorasan wheat" that did not use the Kamut brand name.
Kamut can be bought as intact whole grain, as flakes, and I presume as flour. I buy intact whole grains.
