What features would you most like to see implemented/updated?

Edit: I'm pretty sure that I made a mistake here, in that I tried to use my main credentials to sign in and transfer, but I actually bought the lifetime on a different account. The likelihood that I confused myself with my paranoia is likely high.

Sync grabs images using an option for max length of 1500px, so the super long images are just a smattering of pixels that barely represent the original image....

Links that open natively in Sync (like news articles) are often riddled with ads. Is there any way for the Sync shell to open through a Firefox based browser, which includes native ad block?...

I think that's what it says but that's the error I'd say I get about 40% of the time when trying to view image posts. Is this a sync thing or something else?

I've been using Sync for Lemmy in conjunction with this Lemmy.world account since it first hit the Play store on Android....

Key points...

Now there's a giant, bright, tiktok ad at the top of every post yet this client still can't support redgifs after months. I jumped on the sync hype train, where should I get off?

Anyone having a new issue where swiping from the left to go back to the thread list from a thread doesn't load properly and instead shows a black screen for a second or so....

When Samsung last updated One UI several months ago, myself and many other Samsung users (and Pixel users on Android 14 as well, judging by the replies) encountered a bug where swiping posts closed showed only a black background until fully closed, after which the content one would expect to see would appear....

I'm looking to make links stand out by any means. I find myself always opening them and having something like YouTube or other video services open and start playing while in places where that's not ideal.

Question in the title. I don't want to see posts from lemmynsfw, but I don't want to just blanket disable NSFW stuff either since the tag gets used for other things. Is there a way to do this or do I have to individually block each community that shows up in my feed?

Several good comments outlining what could be going on were posted as well. Seems the list of "know to track" from that service (Google) is very different from what was actually requested by this...

Starting yesterday, when I click a link to view the image or comments, the link doesn't appear "read" when I go back to the feed....

I've added some instances to the instance filters, yet I continue seeing those instances. Is there something else that I need to do to block entire instances?

I'm seeing within Sync a number of users have profile pics that show up on their posts. Is there a way in Sync to set that?

[BUG] Unable to remove spoilers in post text...

I can access other forums on lemmy.dbzer0 with Sync, and I can access !piracy from a web browser and other apps so I know the community isn't banned. Seems like Sync can't connect to !piracy specifically....

The amount and type of ads is just too much to handle....

Key points...

I see an "Ultra preview" tag next to some posts, but I have no idea what this feature is. Does anybody know?

Please note this is just a beta and there are going to be bugs, but it works and it works nicely. Have fun.
