Autumn Afternoon

Heading for Álftafjörður on a bright but chilly September day, the mountains of eastern are beautifully lit.

The tallest peaks are Mýrarfell (1108m) and Einidalsfjall (1029m)

On the horizon is a line of snow-capped mountains with brown lower slopes. Some cloud is clinging to the peaks on the far left but otherwise the view of the range is clear.

    @remote_orb @SilverRainbow @photography I have never visited, but Iceland looks such an amazing beautiful place !

    I would love to live there but my body is not good in the cold even the mild winters we get in the UK have my hands going blue & my feet turning to ice !
