Today has been productive so far! Made probably 2-3 lbs of tahini in the morning (used the remaining amount of brown sesame seeds we had from the 5 lb bag) using the WonderMill, then made dough for carrot parathas in the afternoon (had enough whole wheat flour from a previous grind).

This mill is (a) extremely useful and (b) really good. We have the WonderMill Junior Deluxe+:

@homemade @vegan @vegancooking It's genuinely been a game-changer, both in terms of cutting costs of food (homemade chapatis are both "cleaner" (ingredient-wise) and cheaper than store-bought ones; same with tahini, especially if you know where to get sesame seeds for cheaper) and in terms of allowing us to customize stuff more easily. Try looking for beet parathas or carrot parathas in a store!

It's definitely an investment, but it's already paying off for us after just over a year.
