Only if you look at everything through a romanticism-tinged lens and ignore 500+ years of music before Beethoven and 200 years of music after. Beethoven 9 is a great piece of music. But it's hardly 'The Best Piece of Music Ever.' There is loads of wonderful music out there that is equally as important and inspiring.
