Yup, PP needs to be kept far away as possible from the prime minster role as he would suspend the charter to hurt anyone who opposes him.

We can guarantee against this if we pressured the liberals to pass proportional representation without a referendum as the voters put the liberals and ndp in place to get it done because of the promise made in 2015.
