To be fair they do tell later in the description that an investor can just use the lot to park their mobile home.

Ocklawaha looks like someone either couldn't remember how to spell Oklahoma and gave up halfway through, or it's the "you can copy my homework but change it slightly so we don't get caught" spelling.

uservoid1 OP ,

The word "ocklawaha" comes from the Seminole/Creek tribes who once settled along the river. There are at least seven possible definitions, including "muddy, crooked river" and "bad crossing."

holy shit a loft

It’s $58k for 1 acre (0.4ha) of suburban land with development potential.

The shack is just a demo cost.

uservoid1 OP ,

There are also 2 wells, and, a septic system on the property, with the ability to connect to power nearby.

With no water pipes, plumbing or electricity you get a suburb with rural experience. Two years ago it was sold for $18,000 and it's on the market since, with some negotiation you can probably cut the requested price in half

ProstheticBrain ,

It's not a crack house, it's a crack home.

NounsAndWords ,

The outside made me a bit uncomfortable, but with all that fresh drywall inside I can see now that it is a well maintained property with no underlying/hidden issues.

I can see two problems with this property.

  1. You’d have to live in Florida

  2. It’d cost an equal amount to clear the land of used needles

Looks like a meth lab out in the middle of a swamp lol

Trainguyrom ,

It almost looks to me like a renovation that ran out of money, and then either had a squatter for a few months or the person lived there on a shoestring budget for a few months

To me it looks like there was a meth lab explosion, then the owner got in there and started doing some repairs but then gave up halfway and decided to just sell it off

When I was getting my house ready to sell after a significant amount of damages, I had everything in a pod so I could clear it out. I lived for 3 months with an air mattress, a desk make out of scrap lumber, and the one tv that wasn't smashed propped up on a chair that was only somewhat wobbly. Even though I ordered new appliances the day they were destroyed, the good old supply chain issues left me without a stove, microwave, washer and dryer. I ate a lot of pizza rolls cooked in an air fryer I borrowed. I did get a $20 toaster over to cook frozen pizza.

LOL... Should be advertised a land-only sale with a house that needs demolished.

If the price was right, i might live there.

Does that include demo costs?

I think the tree next to that hacked together shed is probably safer to live in

How much could a box of matches cost?
